About Me

I am a Professor of Computer Science with Masters Degrees in Computer Science and Software Engineering. I also have over 25 years of experience working with computers in industry and higher education. I love the technology and its potential for changing the very society we live in.

My interests in computer's span such fields as: AI, Languages, Operating Systems, Networking and Data communications, Software Design, Digital Multimedia, On-line Gaming, and E-Commerce.

I program using the following languages: C, C++, Java, FORTRAN, Perl, Assembler (8080-5,Z80,6502, 8088/6, PIII), Pascal, GWBasic, VB, Javascript, HTML, C Shell, Xbase, SQL, PROLOG, LISP, SMALLTALK, ADA, Powerbuilder script, 3D engine scripts, and other assorted scripts and languages..

I have worked on a multitude of different programming projects including; Gaming, Business Applications, Systems Utilities, Compilers, Interpreters, Software Tools, Databases, and other varied and assorted projects.

My mission is to give the students of Pasadena City College the best education possible. I strive to impart my experience and knowledge so as my students enter the workforce or transfer to another learning institution they will posses the tools necessary to succeed and excel.
